| Info The 2007 retreat is now over but the support and good feelings will carry us through until the next one. We hope to see all attendees return in 2008, along with everyone who was unable to come. There are so many women who would greatly benefit from attending an Abundia Retreat but are simply unable to because of financial restraints. If you're interested in donating to the Abundia Empowerment Fund or applying for assistance, please read more here. We've created an email list for those who couldn't attend the 2007 retreat but want to receive information about the 2008 retreat. This helps us save money on printing brochures and postage so we can continue to offer these retreats! Join the email list by clicking here. You may notice on the "retreat" page that we offer the option to purchase a gift certificate that can be used to pay for part or all of an Abundia Retreat attendance fee. These gift certificates can either be sent to your recipient by email, or you can print them out and give to the person of your choice. Design changes will continue to be made to the website in order to improve the look, feel and function. Please don't hesitate to offer comments or suggestions. See "Contact" page for info! Our message board, which you can access by clicking on the "community" button on the navigation bar above, is up and running and we encourage Abundia members to use it. In order to preserve our privacy and discourage spammers, you will need to register at the message board using the link near the top of the page, there. Then your account will need to be activated by one of us (Sandy Dixon, Leeann Enright, or Tracy Stephens) before you can have full access to read and post messages. We apologize for this somewhat complicated process, but as mentioned above, it is necessary in order to keep our Abundia community as safe as possible. One note about the message board: You may notice from time to time that there are new members whose usernames and/or profiles are questionable at best, offensive at worst. Our webmistress works everyday to delete and ban these users. Please be assured that they are never able to see messages posted by members or their personal information, and are not able to post messages themselves. Thanks to all of you for your continued interest and support. We look forward to seeing you at the 2008 retreat in November! |
